CB 1116 – a Cyanoacrylate adhesive that also bonds foamed polystyrene perfectly
Cyanoacrylates bond many materials very reliably. However, highly dense and foamed polystyrene (Styrofoam®, Depron®) can cause problems. Although Cyanoacrylates do not contain solvents they actually solve the foamed polystyrene very much.
By creating CB 1116 Cyberbond succeeded in developing an ethyl ester based Cyanoacrylate that is most suitable for a fast and reliable bonding of dense Styrofoam® and Depron®. Additionally, it develops its full power also on absorptive and porous materials.
