There is no doubt, customers expect from suppliers a certain professionalism and competence. Unfortunately, and the adhesive sector is no exception, there is the tendency today, that companies acquire more and more smaller units and grow to confusing conglomerates where size is everything. Good experience of employees is of minor importance, people will even be dismissed. There is bureaucracy and restructuring and these companies are busy with themselves rather than with customers.
