REACH – CLP – RoHS – CMR

Cyberbond confirms:

REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Restriction of Chemicals)

We confirm that Cyberbond and Cyberbond’s vendors treat all in production and sales used chemicals
according to REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Restriction of Chemicals).

The pre-registration (Nov 30 2008) was done in time also taking the tonnage band into consideration.
We want also to inform you that no Cyberbond product contains substances which are mentioned in REACH
– SVHC list (Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern) which are described in article 57 of this
directive (EC) No. 1907/2006 (The REACH Regulation).

This is also valid for the amendments of the SVHC list. Furthermore our products do not contain any
substances which must be classified according to article 57 following („Equivalent level of concern having
probable serious effects to the environment (endocrine Disruptor)”).

CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling, Packaging)

The CLP regulation stands for the implementation of the UN undertaking GHS (Global Harmonised System)
into European law. First of all we confirm that all Cyberbond products are registered according to the CLP
Regulation and are CLP conform. Our Material Safety Data Sheets are permanently updated and can be seen
on this Website (www.cyberbond.eu). The change of our MSDS sheets and labelling to the new standard
including H- (Hazard Statement) and P- (Precautionary Statement) sentences instead of the known R- (Risk)
and S- (Safety) sentences took place in June 2015.

RoHS (Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment)

RoHS stands for “the Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
equipment”. To the best of our knowledge and based on supplier’s information by far most of Cyberbond
sales products conform to the EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS II) as well as to the amendment EU Directive
2015/863 (RoHS III). These products do not contain any hazardous substances above the specified limits.
Nevertheless, however, please check in the individual technical data sheet of a product if it is RoHS conform
or not.

CMR (Conflict Mineral Reporting)

In addition we confirm to the best of our knowledge and based on supplier’s information that Cyberbond
sales products do not contain any CMR Materials (Conflict Minerals Reporting) respectively raw
materials/minerals out of conflict or high risk areas. Please also have a look to REGULATION (EU) 2018/821
