Reliable dosing systems for the application of reactive adhesives like cyanoacrylates, anaerobics (adhesives and sealants) as well as light cure adhesives are a self evident industrial requirement today. Demanded is an even and reproducible application ranging from the smallest drop up to constant programmed lines. Also a ring-shaped application in a bore hole for example is imaginable.
With its modular construction system Cyberbond offers solutions that should match all requirements. Thereby it doesn´t matter if the dosing valves are being controlled through the Cyberbond electrical controlled unit LINOP M 2000 or the pneumatic run version LINOP M 1500.
- Due to the transported fluids attention has to be paid to the sensitivity of the dosing system parts. Cyanoacrylates: Especially the valve is endangered transporting super glues. Good ventilation is inevitable. Otherwise the humidity starts the polymerisation process of the adhesives inside the valve. The repair of a polymerised valve is usually not possible.
- Anaerobic adhesives and sealants: Their hardening process is being initiated through metal contact combined with the lack of air. The adhesive should not rest in the transporting system over a long period of time.
- Light cured systems: Like their name indicates these adhesives need light respectively certain wavelengths to start the hardening process. As a consequence of this all tubing and adapters that transport the product have to be impermeable for light.
